-wrap extra loafs in tinfoil, bag up in freezer.
-Thaw out in fridge.
-Reheat slices in toaster oven, or oven.
-spread with butter or whip cream.

1 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
6 eggs
6 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 1/2 ripe bananas (dark yellow with the dark spots)
Options: add cinnamon, nutmeg spice.

--Cream margarine and sugar.
--Add eggs and mix well.
--Alternate flour and bananas, mixing well (put powder and soda in with first cup flour).
--Oven at 350 degrees, grease pans.
--Bake 50-60 minutes.
--Cool on rack.
(makes 3 loaves)
(1 loaf= 5 1/4 fat, 13 1/4 starch, 6 1/4 fruit exchanges)
1 slice (cut 13 slices per loaf)= 1 starch, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat.
